A 12-storey integrated housing development providing a mix of social and affordable housing. The project includes the construction of 137 new apartments and communal areas, including an entry lobby, lounge, kitchens, kiosk, function room, amenities, and a children’s playground and outdoor gym. Working for Lipman Pty Limites, AKM’s scope was for the external façade. In this project, AKM supplied and installed CFC, Lysaght Trimdeck metal cladding. The result was a striking combination of colors and materials in a high-profile location.
