The winner of a Master Builder’s Award for heritage redevelopment and adaptive use, this was a project where AKM Projects again partnered with Belmadar to provide a stunning outcome whilst being able to balance the historical sensitivities of the original site. Completed over three levels, AKM Projects were responsible for all the internal & external glazing and aluminium framing, ceiling linings including the feature Armstrong Soundscape acoustic panels, doors, hardware and plasterboard linings. Since completing this project, AKM Projects were retained to complete a very similar fitout & refurbishment at the Parramatta office of the IEU.
