Completed for Built Constructions in the heart of Parramatta CBD, 3 Parramatta Square represented a new A-grade 16 level premium commercial office space. Amanda Chadwick, City of Parramatta Administrator stated “ 3 Parramatta Square is a visually engaging highly-flexible building which will deliver quality spaces that matches, if not exceeds, other modern office developments.” Since completion, the building has secured NAB Banking.
