Completed for Lipman Constructions in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, 2 Bligh St represented a complete internal and external makeover for a building struggling with high vacancy levels in an area where it should have been attracting premium rental rates. AKM worked with Lipman to complete the internal refurbishment over 12 levels. Upgrades were completed to the entire floor with new ceilings and perimeter feature bulkheads along with new amenities including accessible facilities to align the building with current building codes. Since completion, the building has secured blue chip anchor tenants Virgin Australia
